A first-year student of Ikari First Prefectural Senior High School. He seems like a plain and ordinary boy, but he's actually a hot-blooded member of a rock band. Normally, he leaves a gloomy impression upon those he comes across, but when he's with people who are close to him, he becomes cheerful. Ryouhei has an excellent sense of sound and put his talents to great use with his band. He's the guitarist, but he also writes lyrics and composes the music. Haruho met her underclassman, Ryouhei, when she was in her third year of junior high school. They became acquaintances when her family moved to Shizuoka. One day, she spots Ryouhei singing at the beach.
